Approach
Experiential marketing is a new approach to branding in the
Digital Age. Unlike traditional forms of marketing which focus on functional
features of products and services, experiential marketing deals with
customer experiences of using these products and services.
By adopting a customer-centric approach (vs. a
product-centric one), we help our clients reach their existing and potential
customers by appealing to their senses, feelings, thinking, behavioral
experiences and lifestyles.
The five basic areas of experiential marketing are Sense,
